Due to the nature of Strini Art Glass; most items are either
made-to-order or assembled to meet the order criteria. This is why we are so
unique! Just give us a call and we can quote a lead time for the
items you wish to purchase.

Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly
confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without
your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will
not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
Shipping & Handling
Free Shipping
While
we are in the process of developing our Shopping Cart, our cart items
Limited to Vases, Bowls, Goblets, Lily's, Urns and Pendants will be FREE shipping within the US via Fed.Ex. 2nd day air ,or
other
common carrier standard air service. For shipments that are outside the
free
shipping area or for expedited
services,
shipping charges will apply on a per-item basis. There are some larger
or
heavier items that need to be shipped via freight. Limited time Offer.
Freight
Some larger and/or heavier items cannot be shipped via common carrier and
must ship via "freight". In some cases, more fragile glass pieces may require
special handling. These items do not qualify for free shipping. If residential
lift gate service is required, extra fees will apply. Please give us a call and
we will clarify any questions you have regarding freight charges (if applicable)
and other services that will ensure safe delivery of your lighting.
Shipping Policies
Every
item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. When your
item(s) arrive, you have 3 days to report any damage. All defective or
damage claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Anytime
after that we will not be able to process damage claims with the shipper
and we cannot be responsible for charges due to claims. If product
arrives damaged, the customer must give Strini Art Glass 1 week to
rectify the matter.
Shipment Tracking
We will provide you with a tracking number via email when your package is shipped. Please use the links below to access the respective shipper's websites:

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or if you prefer, a personal check. We will process the order once the payment is received. Some orders will require a deposit with the balance charged at time of shipment and others will be charged at time of order. These details will be determined in advance of ordering so there are no surprises.
Return Policy
At Strini Art Glass Custom Lighting, we want you to be 100% satisfied. Our return policy is very straightforward. If the item(s) are from our stock and returned in brand new condition within 14 days you will only pay a 20% restock fee + shipping back to us. This covers the cost to ship the product to you plus the administrative fees. If it is an exchange for another product you might not be subject to the restock fee. Once the item is shipped all fees will apply on returns. If your product is a custom product chances are it cannot be returned. Customer has 1 week to report any shortages and 3 days to report damages. If these terms are not met, a return may be denied. Please give us a call if you are not clear on these policies.
All returns must have a Return Goods Authorization Number or RGA Number. If you do not get an RGA before returning the product and it cannot be found we are not liable for the credit. If the wrong product is shipped Strini Art Glass will ship you the correct product in a reasonable time. Customer has 1 week to allow Strini Art Glass to rectify the situation. If Customer cancels before that time shipping charges & possible restock charges will apply.
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes there is a need to cancel an order. It must be cancelled in writing. To send us an email, click here. If your order has already been processed, which can sometimes happen immediately after you place your order, you will be charged a 4% credit card transaction fee. This fee can often be applied to a future order depending on the circumstances. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to the terms outlined in our return policy. If your order is custom and has already entered the manufacturing process, it cannot be cancelled, nor can it be returned.
